2bd reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of violating these rules, including freezing funds associated with suspicious activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 2bd platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using valid payment methods registered in their own name.
Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, approved local e-wallets, and other methods listed on your account deposit page. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stated timeframe once all verification requirements have been met. 2bd is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

Closed accounts cannot be reactivated except at the absolute discretion of 2bd management. Any legitimate remaining balance in a closed account will be processed for return within a reasonable timeframe upon completion of the investigation, subject to no Terms violations having occurred.
